Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 17, 2026

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] This notice is an operational draft prepared for launch planning. It must be reviewed against DickFlixxx.com's actual vendors, data flows, advertising practices, corporate details, and applicable laws before it is treated as final legal language.

1. Introduction

DickFlixxx.com is operated by FlixxxMedia. This Privacy Notice explains the categories of information that may be handled when people visit the website, register an account, interact with content, purchase or use tokens, apply to a future creator program, or communicate with support.

This notice does not authorize users to place private identity, tax, payout, performer-release, or verification documents in public posts, comments, profiles, or ordinary upload forms.

2. Scope

This notice applies to DickFlixxx.com website features that link to it. Separate terms or notices may apply to third-party payment processors, age-assurance providers, analytics tools, advertising services, creator-verification providers, or other services not controlled by FlixxxMedia.

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] The final notice must identify the legal entity, business address, jurisdictions served, and any services or affiliated properties included or excluded from its scope.

3. Adults Only; Minors

DickFlixxx.com is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. Minors must not access the service, register, purchase tokens, apply as creators, or submit personal information.

If FlixxxMedia learns that information was submitted by a minor, it may restrict the account, preserve information when legally required, and delete information where appropriate. Reports concerning a possible minor should be sent to [INSERT PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] and should not include sensitive evidence unless secure instructions are provided.

4. Unregistered Visitors

When someone visits without registering, the website may receive device and connection information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and requested URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or session identifiers, timestamps, language, and interactions with pages or media. These details may be used to deliver the site, maintain sessions, apply geographic or age-gating controls, detect abuse, measure performance, and understand aggregate use.

5. Registered Users

For registered accounts, information may include username, email address, password authentication data, display name, profile information, account status, preferences, favorites, subscriptions, messages, reports, support communications, token balance and history, purchases, and activity needed to operate account features. Passwords should be stored using appropriate one-way security protections rather than as readable text.

Profile fields, avatars, posts, comments, uploads, channel information, and similar contributions may be public or visible to other users depending on the selected feature and settings. Users should not place private personal information in public fields.

6. Creator Applicants and Approved Creators

A future creator program may require account and contact details, identity and age verification, rights and consent confirmations, tax and payout setup, content metadata, moderation records, earnings records, and acceptance of creator-specific agreements. Approved-creator status may also be associated with account eligibility, review history, restrictions, suspensions, and appeals.

The secure creator-verification process is not yet available. Do not submit government ID, selfie verification, tax forms, payout details, performer releases, or private verification links through public pages or ordinary content forms.

[LEGAL AND BUSINESS REVIEW REQUIRED] Before creator onboarding opens, FlixxxMedia must document the verification vendor or private storage system, access controls, retention periods, payout providers, tax workflow, performer-record process, and creator appeal procedures.

7. Age and Identity Verification

Visitor age-gating is not the same as creator identity, age, or liveness verification. If secure verification is introduced, information may include identity-document details, date of birth, verification images, liveness results, verification status, fraud signals, and provider reference identifiers. FlixxxMedia should receive only the information necessary for the approved purpose.

[LEGAL REVIEW AND EXPRESS NOTICE REQUIRED] The final verification notice must identify the provider, categories collected, purpose, lawful basis, disclosures, retention and deletion rules, appeal process, and any consent required before collection.

8. Content, Uploads, and Public Contributions

Uploaded videos, albums, images, titles, descriptions, tags, categories, comments, channel information, and related metadata may be processed to host and display content, perform moderation, detect prohibited material, manage access controls, investigate reports, enforce policies, and maintain records. Content selected for public visibility may be accessible to visitors and search engines.

Technical metadata may reveal information about a file or device. Users should remove unnecessary private metadata and must not upload another person's personal information without appropriate authority.

9. Payments, Tokens, Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payouts

Third-party payment processors may handle payment credentials and transaction authorization. DickFlixxx.com may receive transaction identifiers, processor name, package or product details, currency, amount, status, timestamps, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and limited billing or risk information. Full payment-card details should be handled by an approved payment processor and not entered into public site fields.

Internal records may include token purchases, token balances, content unlocks, creator subscriptions, donations, commissions, creator earnings, adjustments, and payout status. Tokens are website functionality and are not the same as money, a bank account, or global Premium membership except where the applicable terms expressly state otherwise.

[LEGAL, TAX, AND PAYMENT-PROVIDER REVIEW REQUIRED] Refunds, recurring billing, payout eligibility, tax reporting, chargebacks, record retention, and processor disclosures must be aligned with the final billing and creator agreements.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use required cookies and session technologies for login, security, preferences, age or location controls, traffic management, and core functionality. Subject to configuration and consent requirements, analytics, advertising, fraud-prevention, or measurement providers may also set or read identifiers.

Browser settings can block or delete some cookies, but doing so may prevent login or other features from working. A separate Cookie Notice should identify actual cookie categories, providers, durations, and available controls.

11. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide and secure accounts; deliver requested content and features; process tokens and purchases; moderate uploads; investigate reports; prevent fraud, spam, scraping, chargebacks, and prohibited conduct; provide support; maintain records; improve site reliability and usability; communicate service or policy updates; enforce agreements; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

12. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where a law such as the GDPR requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that are not overridden by individual rights, consent where requested, or protection of vital interests in limited circumstances.

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] The correct basis must be mapped to each actual processing purpose. Sensitive information, including biometric data used for unique identification or information concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation, may require additional conditions and safeguards.

13. Disclosures

Information may be disclosed as necessary to hosting, infrastructure, security, moderation, analytics, communications, support, payment, age-assurance, identity-verification, tax, accounting, and professional-service providers; to creators or users when needed to operate an authorized transaction or public feature; to corporate successors in a proposed or completed reorganization; or to authorities and other parties as described under Legal Requests.

Service providers should receive only information appropriate to their role and be subject to suitable contractual and security requirements.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Third-party processors, linked websites, embedded media, advertisements, and external services may collect information under their own notices and terms. FlixxxMedia does not control an independent third party's privacy practices. Users should review those notices before providing information.

[DATA-MAPPING REVIEW REQUIRED] The final notice must name or categorize the actual providers in use and accurately disclose any advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, sale, or sharing practices. This draft does not claim that such practices do or do not occur.

15. International Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than the user's country, including where FlixxxMedia or its service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws.

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Before relying on international transfers, FlixxxMedia must identify processing locations and implement any required contractual clauses, adequacy mechanism, transfer assessment, or other safeguard.

16. Retention

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including account operation, transactions, moderation, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, and backup integrity. Retention may vary by category, and some records may be preserved after account closure when legally required or reasonably necessary.

[LEGAL AND OPERATIONS REVIEW REQUIRED] A category-specific schedule is required for accounts, logs, public content, removed content, creator verification, performer records, support, billing, tax, disputes, and backups.

17. Security

FlixxxMedia should use administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, vendor controls, and incident response. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

18. User Rights

Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain automated decisions. Rights may be limited by verification requirements, legal exceptions, the rights of other people, and records FlixxxMedia must retain.

Requests may be sent to [INSERT PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. FlixxxMedia may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester and protect accounts from unauthorized access. Do not send government ID by ordinary email unless secure instructions are provided.

19. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights concerning access or knowledge, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling practices, limitation of certain sensitive-information uses, and non-discrimination for exercising covered rights.

[LEGAL AND DATA-MAPPING REVIEW REQUIRED] Applicability thresholds, required request methods, appeal rights, authorized-agent procedures, verification rules, metrics, category tables, and statements about selling or sharing must be confirmed before launch. This draft does not represent that every listed law applies or that DickFlixxx.com currently sells or shares personal information as legally defined.

20. Biometric and Liveness Information

DickFlixxx.com does not currently provide a secure public workflow for creator ID, selfie, biometric, or liveness submissions, and users must not submit those materials through public forms. If an approved verification service later uses facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or liveness signals, users must receive a separate notice before collection describing the specific data, purpose, provider, storage, disclosure, retention, destruction schedule, and any consent required by law.

[SPECIALIZED LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Biometric and liveness processing must not begin until applicable biometric privacy, sensitive-data, age-assurance, and cross-border requirements have been assessed.

21. Law Enforcement and Legal Requests

FlixxxMedia may preserve or disclose information when it reasonably believes disclosure is required by valid legal process or applicable law, or is necessary to protect users, investigate exploitation or other serious harm, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or establish or defend legal claims. Requests should identify the requesting authority, legal basis, relevant account, URL, content, or transaction, and the information sought.

Nothing in this notice promises notice to a user where notice is prohibited, would create risk, or is otherwise inappropriate. A separate Notice to Law Enforcement should provide current request instructions without creating a public evidence-upload portal.

22. Changes to This Notice

This notice may be updated to reflect product, vendor, legal, or operational changes. The updated date should be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the website or account contact information when appropriate.

23. Contact Information

Privacy questions and requests: [INSERT PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Add the verified legal entity name, service address, jurisdiction-specific representative or data protection officer where required, and any mandated request channels before final publication.

24. Manage Personal Data

Registered users may be able to review or update certain account and profile details through their account settings. Other requests may be sent to [INSERT PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. Users should identify the account and the action requested, but should not send passwords, payment-card details, government ID, selfie verification, tax forms, payout information, performer releases, or private verification links by ordinary email or through public site fields.
